Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
The board has coloured blocks and target rings of the same colours. When you pick a direction (up/down/left/right) all the blocks slide that way at once. Your goal is to bring every block to the target of its own colour. Because the blocks move together, you need to plan the order ahead.
Are the levels the same for everyone?
Yes. The same level number produces exactly the same board and difficulty for all players. There are no player-specific assists or randomness — everyone solves the same puzzle.
What do gold, silver and bronze mean?
Every level has an optimal (fewest-move) solution. The fewer moves you finish with, the higher your mastery rank (gold > silver > bronze). You can replay old levels to improve their ranks.
How do lives work?
You have four lives. You can make moves up to a little above the optimal solution; after that you lose a life for every three extra moves. When the last life runs out the level ends and you can start over with the first correct move.
What are the daily and weekly puzzles?
Every day and every week everyone gets the same special puzzle; solve it to earn trophies and extra hints. You can reach it from the "Challenge" tab on the home screen.
How do I get on the leaderboard?
When you sign in with your Google Play Games account your scores go onto the global leaderboard. Play Games must be installed on your device and you must be signed in with a Google account.
Can I play offline?
Yes, levels can be played offline. Only the leaderboard, cloud save and some notifications need internet; your progress syncs when you reconnect.
Hint / purchase problem
If the hint pack you bought did not reach your account, fully close and reopen the game; undelivered purchases are completed on launch. If the problem continues, write to us at the email below with your Play order number.
